Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries hit economy already weakened by war

Ukraine has struck oil refineries near Moscow and St. Petersburg, dealing a serious blow to Russia's war-weakened economy, according to the president of the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. The expert described the attacks as hitting the heart of Russia's economic capacity and warned of potentially dire consequences for the Kremlin.
