Romanowski not in Serbia – European Arrest Warrant stays in force

Polish prosecutors have informed the court that former Deputy Justice Minister Marcin Romanowski, who served under the PiS government, is not currently in Serbia. As a result, there are no grounds to lift the European Arrest Warrant issued against him, according to RMF 24.
