At least 19 killed in Sri Lanka prison riot between drug gang inmates

At least 19 people were killed and more than 100 wounded during overnight clashes between members of two rival drug gangs inside a Sri Lanka prison. The wounded were rushed to Negombo hospital, north of the capital Colombo. Police confirmed the riot involved inmates from two competing criminal organisations.
