Ankara NATO summit: Trump pushes "NATO 3.0" with defence spending well above 2% GDP

Ahead of the NATO summit in Ankara, the Trump administration is promoting a "NATO 3.0" vision that would require European allies to take far greater responsibility for their own defence and spend significantly more than the current 2% GDP threshold.
