Gdynia: developer in debt, construction halted — buyers repay loans for unfinished flats
Residents of Gdynia bought flats from a developer years ago, expecting to move into their dream homes. The developer fell into debt, construction of the unfinished tower block ground to a halt, and the building is being stripped by thieves. The victims continue repaying mortgages and losing their life savings with no access to the promised apartments. The case was investigated by TVN's Interwencja programme.
