EasyJet agrees $7.3 billion Castlelake takeover, shares jump 10%

EasyJet shares surged 10% after the budget airline agreed in principle to a $7.3 billion takeover bid from investment firm Castlelake. The deal was announced on Monday morning. The agreement is still at a preliminary stage and requires formal approval.
