Poznań's 4.2m-złoty treetop walkway faces demolition due to fungal damage

A treetop walkway in Poznań, built in 2020 at a cost of 4.2 million złoty, must be demolished after sustaining severe fungal damage. The attraction has been closed to visitors since December 2025. The city of Poznań confirmed on Facebook that continued use of the structure would pose a serious safety risk.
