Syphilis, gonorrhoea and HIV spreading in Poland — half of carriers unaware

Journalist and activist Olga Kwiecińska is raising the alarm about the rapid spread of sexually transmitted infections — syphilis, gonorrhoea and HIV — in Poland. Doctors are alarmed by the level of unawareness: every second infected person in Poland does not know they carry the disease. Kwiecińska, founder of the Cześć Ciało foundation, is calling for sex education and regular testing.
