Sky buys ITV's media and entertainment arm for $2.1 billion

Sky, the UK TV, internet and mobile provider owned by Comcast, has agreed to acquire ITV's media and entertainment division for up to £1.6 billion ($2.1 billion). The deal is aimed at bolstering Sky's competitive position against global streaming giants such as Netflix and Disney+.
