Polish parliament passes OKI investment account law — tax savings depend on returns
Poland's Sejm has passed a law establishing Personal Investment Accounts (OKI), aimed at offering more tax-efficient investing for Polish citizens. The new rules can result in lower capital gains tax, but only when investments achieve a specific level of return. The actual tax burden will therefore depend on individual portfolio performance.
