Polish state developer PHN to modernise notorious "Red Pigs Bay" housing estate in Warsaw

Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has applied for a permit to begin the first phase of modernising a 1980s prefabricated housing estate in Warsaw's Wilanów district, colloquially known as "Zatoka Czerwonych Świń" (Red Pigs Bay). The state-owned developer plans a full revitalisation of the iconic block complex.
