Ukrainian historian: Poland and Ukraine acting like 'small troublemakers' in their dispute

Ukrainian historian Jarosław Hrycak warned that relations between Poland and Ukraine could deteriorate sharply if the two countries fail to resolve their differences in the near term. He described both sides' behaviour as petty and quarrelsome, calling Poland's reaction "hysteria." He argued that the unresolved dispute could have serious consequences for the whole of Europe.
