Fico Attacks EU: Accuses Brussels of Russophobia and Values Breakdown

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico sharply criticised the European Union on Sunday evening, accusing it of Russophobia and a "breakdown of the values system." He spoke at a ceremony commemorating the 9th-century mission of Saints Cyril and Methodius to Great Moravia. Fico argued that the EU is using confrontation with Russia as a building block for a "common European home."
