Fico accuses EU of Russophobia and vows to block Ukraine military loan at NATO summit

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico announced he will not support a loan for military aid to Ukraine at the upcoming NATO summit. He accused the EU of Russophobia and stated that Europe can only survive if East and West unite. Fico has consistently opposed military support for Kyiv since Russia's full-scale invasion began.
