Warsaw flat prices rising again — Mokotów and Wola lead the surge

Listing data show that Warsaw sellers are increasingly raising their asking prices for second-hand flats, even though average values in most districts remain below their two-year-ago levels. Year-on-year gains are below 5%, but the recent months signal an acceleration. The trend is most visible in Mokotów, Wola, Bielany and Praga.
