Palestinian baby dies in West Bank after Israel blocks urgent medical transfer

A Palestinian baby died in the occupied West Bank after Israeli forces blocked an urgent medical transfer. In separate incidents, Israeli troops shot dead a 16-year-old boy in the West Bank and killed two Palestinians in Gaza.
