North Korea launches destroyer Kang Kon; Kim Jong Un immediately demands a better ship

North Korea launched the destroyer Kang Kon, which state agency KCNA says will enter active service within two months. Kim Jong Un personally oversaw the tests and ordered all guns fired, watching with a smile. The same day, Kim announced plans for a second warship described as twice as capable as the Kang Kon.
