Toy Story 5 climbs to $764m worldwide; Minions & Monsters nears $100m overseas

Toy Story 5 has climbed to $764 million globally. Minions & Monsters, the new Despicable Me spinoff, earned $85 million from 71 international markets over the weekend for a $98 million overseas total, but its domestic debut of $61 million over five days ($39 million over the traditional weekend) was the franchise's lowest-ever opening. The film is performing far stronger internationally than at home.
