Egypt opens the Octagon, a building larger than the Pentagon

Egypt has inaugurated a massive administrative building called the Octagon, which is larger in area than the US Pentagon. The structure is part of Egypt's new administrative capital being built east of Cairo. It is one of the largest government buildings in the world.
