OPEC+ raises oil output limits from August despite falling prices

OPEC+ has agreed to another increase in oil production limits, effective from August. The decision was made as crude prices are falling and exports through the Strait of Hormuz gradually return to normal. The move could put further downward pressure on global oil prices.
