Pope Francis visits Lampedusa and urges Europe to do more for migrants

Pope Francis visited Lampedusa, the Italian island that serves as a major gateway for migrants crossing the Mediterranean Sea. He paid tribute at a cemetery to those who lost their lives making the sea crossing. During the visit, the pontiff called on European governments to do more to receive and protect migrants.
