Polish Pesa from Bydgoszcz Takes Over German Firm Heiterblick in Leipzig

Polish rolling stock manufacturer Pesa, based in Bydgoszcz, has completed the takeover of German company Heiterblick in Leipzig. The local Leipzig press described the deal as the end of an economic thriller and said "the wind has turned". The acquisition strengthens Pesa's position on the European tram and rail vehicle market.
