Needles and syringes found at Zabrze landfill — mayor reports to prosecutor

A local online portal published footage showing needles and syringes at a municipal landfill site in Zabrze, Silesia — waste that should not be deposited there. The mayor of Zabrze reported a suspected criminal offence to prosecutors. Inspectors from the Regional Environmental Protection Inspectorate visited the site on Thursday to investigate.
