98 People Charged Over Fake Security Guard Training Certificates
The District Prosecutor's Office in Świdnica has charged 98 people over a large-scale scheme involving fake certificates for security guard training courses. The accused are alleged to have both issued and used false documents attesting to training that never took place. The offence of falsifying official documents carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison.
