Pope Leo XIV visits Lampedusa to honor migrants who died crossing Mediterranean

Pope Leo XIV will spend July 4th on the Italian island of Lampedusa, one of Europe's busiest migrant arrival points. He will pray alongside migrants and honor those who perished attempting to cross the Mediterranean to reach Europe.
