Eala surprised by Świątek's words about her serve after Wimbledon upset
Alexandra Eala of the Philippines knocked out defending champion Iga Świątek to reach the fourth round at Wimbledon. Speaking to journalists afterwards, Eala admitted she was surprised by Świątek's comments about her serve, which had proved unexpectedly troublesome for the Polish world number one despite not being particularly powerful. Eala also paid tribute to Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao as her number-one hero.
