Kaczyński: PiS will block Ukraine's EU membership if it wins elections

PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński has written to party politicians declaring that if PiS returns to power, it will block Ukraine's accession to the European Union. He accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk's government of "servility" towards Kyiv. Kaczyński stated Ukraine could only join the EU if it completely renounces the "Bandera cult" and the UPA.
