Polregio to modernise second-hand trains bought from Germany – back on tracks in 2026

Polregio has announced that modernised second-hand trains purchased from Germany a year ago will return to service in 2026. The company has already selected a contractor to prepare the technical documentation required for the refurbishment. The number of trains involved and the total cost of the project were not disclosed.
