15,000 Tonnes of Dead Fish After Tauron Dam Repair — Prosecutors Open Investigation

The District Prosecutor's Office in Lwówek Śląski has opened an investigation after Tauron Ekoenergia drained the Pilchowice reservoir to carry out dam repairs, resulting in the death of around 15,000 tonnes of fish. The draining of the reservoir triggered an ecological disaster in the area. Tauron representatives will be questioned by investigators about the incident.
