Man rides e-scooter at 70 km/h on regional road, fined 1,100 PLN

A 46-year-old man was caught riding an electric scooter at nearly 70 km/h on regional road 212 between Kozin and Czarna Dąbrówka in Pomerania. The man had lost his driving licence. Police fined him 1,100 PLN, according to Bytów police spokesman Sgt. Dawid Łaszcz.
