Prosecutor Opens Probe After 15 Tonnes of Dead Fish Found at Pilchowice Reservoir

The District Prosecutor's Office in Lwówek Śląski has opened an investigation after approximately 15 tonnes of fish died at the Pilchowice reservoir. The mass death occurred after water was drained from the reservoir to allow repairs to a dam owned by Tauron Ekoenergia. Investigators are looking into whether negligence played a role in the planning of the works.
