Russia Claims Capture of Key Ukrainian City Kostiantynivka; Kyiv Denies It

Russia claimed to have captured Kostiantynivka, a strategically important city in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine. Ukraine's General Staff denied that the city had been fully taken, Reuters reported. Kostiantynivka is a key node in the so-called fortress belt still under Ukrainian control in Donbas.
