Tusk: renewables are cheapest energy; Poland considers second nuclear plant

Prime Minister Donald Tusk, speaking during a visit to a photovoltaic farm in Kleczew, argued that renewable energy sources are today not only a climate tool but in many cases the cheapest way to produce electricity.
