Polish Food Inspectorate Recalls Bigos Brand Over Undeclared Gluten

Poland's Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) has issued a warning about bigos with meat and sausage produced by Międzychód Nowicka sp. j. The product contains gluten — a common allergen — that was not declared on the packaging label. People with gluten allergies or coeliac disease should avoid the product.
