Szczuczyn mayor skipped court on sick leave but attended public events

Marcin Wileński, mayor of Szczuczyn in Podlaskie voivodeship and a defendant in a criminal trial, failed to appear in court citing sick leave, while simultaneously being spotted at public events — including outside his home region. The case was reported by TVN24.
