Tusk: Poland's second nuclear plant will be built in Konin or Bełchatów

Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that Konin and Bełchatów are the two finalist locations for Poland's second nuclear power plant. The final decision will be made by experts based on objective criteria. Tusk stressed the selection process will be fully transparent and free from political influence.
