Russian Strikes on Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson Regions Kill 3, Wound 30

Overnight Russian strikes hit the Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions of Ukraine, killing at least three people and wounding 30 others. The attacks struck four districts, destroying residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. The strikes are the latest example of Russian targeting of populated areas away from the front line.
