Sikorski meets Ukraine's Sybiha: Poland urges constructive dialogue, Warsaw keeps details quiet
Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski commented on his meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha, saying "diplomacy prefers silence and requires emotions to cool down." A statement from the Polish foreign ministry said the talks focused on the "need for constructive dialogue" that would not be exploited by parties hostile to either country. Warsaw is clearly signalling to Kyiv the need for a calmer tone in bilateral relations.
