Ebola vaccine trial targeting rare Bundibugyo strain could begin by end of 2025

Ebola cases are rising in Congo and Uganda, prompting vaccine developers to accelerate work on the rare Bundibugyo strain. IAVI CEO Mark Feinberg stated that a candidate vaccine could enter human clinical trials before the end of this year.
