Estonian FM Tsahkna: Putin fears NATO and won't use nuclear weapons

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna told Wirtualna Polska that now is not the time to seek dialogue with Moscow. He argued that Putin would not use tactical nuclear weapons because it would bring him no military gain and would politically "kill" him globally. Tsahkna also warned against the contradictory approach of tightening sanctions while simultaneously asking Putin for talks.
