Killer of Polish student Henry Nowak appeals life sentence in England and Wales

Vickrum Digwa, convicted of murdering Henry Nowak, a student of Polish origin, is seeking to appeal his life sentence. The Court of Appeal of England and Wales confirmed the application on Friday. Digwa killed Nowak last year.
