Almost all Polish municipalities face PIT revenue decline by 2060 — BGK report
A BGK report on demography and local government finances predicts that nearly all Polish municipalities will see declining PIT revenues by 2060. Almost half of local governments will have fewer than 5,000 residents, while the share of post-working-age people will rise from 23.8% to 35.5% of the population. Municipalities will need to fundamentally rethink investment planning, transport and public services.
