Newly elected TK judge Patyra asks President Nawrocki to set oath date

Dr. Sławomir Patyra, elected by the Sejm on June 11 as a Constitutional Tribunal judge, sent a letter to President Karol Nawrocki on Friday requesting that a date be set for his oath of office. Patyra stressed his readiness to take up his duties at the Tribunal. The matter relates to the long-running political dispute over the composition of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal.
