Putin orders continued mass strikes on Ukraine after command centre meeting

Vladimir Putin met with Russian military commanders at a joint forces command centre. During the meeting he ordered the continuation of massive strikes against Ukraine. The Kremlin confirmed the visit, and state television channels and news agencies broadcast footage of the meeting.
