1,000 days of war in Gaza: over 73,000 dead, 80% of buildings damaged or destroyed

One thousand days after the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war, the Gaza Strip remains in deep humanitarian crisis. More than 73,000 people have been killed and over 80 percent of buildings are damaged or destroyed. Nearly nine months after a ceasefire, humanitarian aid remains insufficient and no end to the crisis is in sight.
