No AC on the train? UOKiK advises passengers to file a complaint

Poland's consumer watchdog UOKiK says train passengers travelling without air conditioning — despite it being advertised — are entitled to file a formal complaint with the carrier. PKP Intercity blamed recent AC failures on voltage issues in the traction network during the heatwave. Passengers may seek compensation or a partial ticket refund if the service does not match what was promised.
