Drunk man with 3 per mille stole a tractor and drove it toward Nowy Sącz

Police in the Małopolska region detained a 41-year-old man who stole a tractor in the village of Wysokie, in Limanowa County, and drove it toward Nowy Sącz. He was found to have over 3 per mille of alcohol in his blood and was subject to a court-issued driving ban.
