EU Sanctions Six Russians Over Epibatidine Poison Used to Kill Navalny

EU member states unanimously agreed on Friday to impose sanctions on six Russians involved in developing chemical weapons, particularly epibatidine. The toxin was detected in the body of opposition leader Alexei Navalny and is considered a highly probable cause of his death. The six individuals have now been placed on the EU's sanctions blacklist.
