Polish food safety authority warns: shop-sold bigos contains undeclared gluten
Poland's Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) has issued a public warning about a batch of bigos (cabbage stew with meat and sausage) sold in Polish shops. The product was found to contain undeclared gluten, posing a risk to people with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease. Consumers affected are advised not to eat the product.
