Gdynia developer goes bust – buyers pay mortgages on flats that were never built

Several buyers in Gdynia have been paying mortgages for years on flats they never received after their developer fell into debt. The unfinished tower block is reportedly being stripped of materials. The victims are losing their life savings with no clear path to recovery. The case was investigated and reported by the TV programme Interwencja.
